Website and intake terms

Effective 28 October 2026. Palladium Capital is a trading name and experiment operated by Nebula Ventures LLC, PMB 582, 3229 Greenpoint Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA. These terms cover the website and enquiry intake. They do not replace a separately executed engagement.

Information and enquiries

Website content and chat outputs are general information, not financial, investment, mortgage, credit, tax or legal advice, an offer to lend, an approval or a recommendation to enter a transaction. AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for a financial decision. Submission does not oblige us or a third party to respond, accept an engagement, introduce a provider or secure finance.

Separate agreements and independent providers

Any service scope, fees, regulated activity, finance terms, referral arrangement or professional responsibility must be established through the relevant written agreement and authorised provider. Nothing on this site represents that Nebula has a particular financial-services authorisation or licence. Providers are independent and assess eligibility and terms themselves. We do not guarantee their decisions, availability or performance.

Your responsibilities and rights in content

Provide accurate information you are authorised to share, keep your own records and do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Do not impersonate others, misuse the chat or interfere with the site. Nebula and its licensors retain rights in the site and original materials; your submission permits us to handle it for the stated enquiry purposes, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue this experimental site and intake. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as is and as available without warranties of accuracy, suitability or uninterrupted access. Nebula’s aggregate liability arising from this free website and intake is limited to USD 100, and excludes indirect or consequential loss and lost profits. Nothing excludes fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes, law and contact

Changes apply prospectively with any notice or agreement required by law and do not amend earlier accepted engagements or accrued rights.
